Create your account and set up your center

You create your center from the “Start your free trial” page, and a 14-day free trial with every feature starts with it, with no payment details.

If you see “Send request” instead of “Send confirmation code”, signup currently works by review: enter your details, your center’s details and a password, then press “Send request”. Our team calls you to activate your center, then sends you a WhatsApp message with its address and your sign-in number; the trial starts on the day it is activated. There is no code step in this case.

1. Create your account

1. Press “Start your free trial” at the top of any page.
2. Enter your name and mobile number, accept the terms and the privacy policy, then press “Send confirmation code”.
3. A 6-digit code arrives by text message. Enter it and press “Confirm”. If it hasn’t arrived within a minute, press “Resend the code on WhatsApp”.

Each mobile number starts one trial. If your number already owns a center, its address is shown so you can sign in.

2. Enter your center’s details

• The center’s name in Arabic (and in English if you like).
• Your center’s address: suggested from the name, and you can change it. Lowercase English letters, digits and hyphens, starting with a letter, such as alnour. Your center will live at alnour.ecms.tadreb.live, and the address cannot be changed once the center is created.
• Governorate and approximate number of students.
• Password: at least 8 characters. You will sign in with it and your mobile number.

Press “Create my center”. The setup runs in front of you, then “Go to your center” appears.

3. First steps inside the system

1. Logo: “Center settings” → “Identity”. It appears on receipts and student cards.
2. Master data: add subjects, grades, teachers and rooms under “Master data”.
3. Students: import them from Excel (see “Import students from Excel”), or add them from “Students” → “New”.
4. Groups: “Groups & attendance” → “Groups” → “New”. Enter the subject, teacher, schedule and payment plan, save, then press “Enroll students” and “Generate sessions”.
5. First session: “Take attendance” lists today’s sessions. Open one and take attendance.

If you forget your center’s address

Open “Sign in” and press “Forgot your center’s address?”, then enter your mobile number. After the code is verified, your centers’ addresses are listed.
