Refund policy
This policy covers what a center pays for its ECMS Pro “center subscription”. Amounts students pay to a center are governed by that center and its own policy.
1. The free trial
The 14-day trial is free, so there is nothing to refund. We recommend trying the whole system before paying.
2. The first payment for a new subscription [OWNER DECISION]
You may ask for a full refund of the first payment for a new subscription within 14 days of paying, if the Service does not suit your center. The subscription is then cancelled and the center returns to its post-trial state.
3. Renewals
Renewal payments for a period that has already started are not refunded. You can cancel the renewal at any time before the new period starts; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
4. Yearly subscriptions [OWNER DECISION]
If you cancel a yearly subscription within the first [60] days, we refund the remaining full months, minus the difference between the monthly price of the months used and what you paid for them at the yearly rate. After that, the remaining months are not refunded and the subscription runs to the end of its term.
5. Duplicate or mistaken payments
If an invoice was paid twice, or an amount was paid by mistake, we refund the excess in full once verified.
6. Service outages
If the Service is unavailable to your center for more than [72 hours] in a row for reasons on our side, we add free days equal to the outage to your subscription, or refund their value if you ask. [OWNER DECISION]
7. How to ask for a refund
- Only the center owner can ask, from the registered mobile number or through the “Contact us” form, choosing “Payments and invoices”.
- Give the center’s name and address, the invoice number and the reason.
- We answer within [7] working days, and an accepted refund is paid within [14] days.
8. How the money is returned
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Fawry where possible, otherwise by bank transfer or mobile wallet in the name of the center or its owner. A credit note is issued for the refunded amount, including VAT. Payment-method fees charged by providers may not be refundable [for review].
