We remind you
Seven days, three days and one day before the trial ends, so you can choose monthly or yearly.
After day 14
3 days to pay
If you have not subscribed yet, your center works as usual for three more days.

Do prices include tax?

Yes. Every price shown includes 14% VAT; the amount you see is the amount you pay.

What is the difference between monthly and yearly?

The features are the same. Yearly is paid once a year for less than twelve monthly payments; the saving is shown next to “Yearly”.

Can I switch from monthly to yearly?

Yes, at any time. The change applies from the next renewal, with no proration for the current period.

How do I cancel?

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. After that your data stays available to view and export for thirty days.

Can I get a refund?

The refund policy explains when you can get your money back and how to ask for it.

Does the price depend on students or users?

No. The price is flat per center, whatever its size.
