Do I need a payment card to start the trial?
No. The trial starts without any payment details and lasts 14 days with every feature. When it ends, you choose to pay monthly or yearly.
What happens to my data after the trial?
It stays as it is. Subscribe at any time to carry on without interruption. We never delete a center’s data automatically, and the center owner can always export it.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. It runs in the browser on phones and computers with nothing to install. The reception screen and the self check-in device run full screen on a computer.
Can I bring my students over from Excel?
Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV file, match its columns to the system’s fields and review the data before importing. A ready-made Arabic template is included.
How do messages reach parents?
The system prepares the text and the guardian’s mobile number and opens a WhatsApp chat in one tap from the staff member’s device. Every message is logged so it isn’t sent twice.
Is my center’s data separate from other centers?
Yes. Every center has its own database and its own address, and no center can reach another center’s data.
What hardware does the reception screen need?
A Windows computer, an 80 mm or 58 mm thermal receipt printer and a USB scanner. A step-by-step setup guide is in the help center.
Can teachers see the money?
No. Teachers see their own groups, sessions and their students’ marks only. Dues and payments are hidden from them.
