Attendance and self check-in
Take the whole group’s attendance from the session register in under a minute, or let students check themselves in by scanning their cards at the door.
A register for every session
Four statuses: present, late, excused, absent. Pick a student and press 1, 2, 3 or 4, move with the arrow keys, or scan their card to mark them present. “All present” and “Rest absent” finish the register in one tap, and changes save automatically.
Self check-in at the door
The self check-in device shows “Scan your card”; the student scans it and is checked in to their current session. Check-in opens before the session by the time you set (30 minutes by default), and students count as late after the number of minutes you choose. The device never shows amounts or marks; a student with no session now is told to see the front desk.
A student from another group
When a student attends another group’s session, add them to that register as a free make-up. Before adding them, the system warns you about a clash with their own session, or a different grade or subject. When both sessions carry the same lesson number, in groups with the same teacher, subject and grade, the student is not counted absent in their own group.
Student cards
Print cards with your logo and the student’s name, code and grade, plus a QR code and a barcode, on A4 paper (10 cards a sheet) or on a PVC card printer.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a scanner?
No. You can type the code or tap the status; a scanner just makes it faster.
What if two devices take attendance at the same time?
Every change is saved on its own, and an old register never overwrites a check-in made at the door.
