Months are added automatically
Each month’s fee is added at its start, and future months are never charged early. Anything a student overpays stays as credit and is applied to the coming months automatically.
Overdue amounts in view
An installment becomes overdue after the grace days you set, and overdue students show on the home page and the dues list.
Refunds with their own voucher
Refund from the student’s credit or from paid items you pick, with an optional deduction the center keeps and a numbered refund voucher. You can withdraw the student from all their groups in the same step. Refunds are allowed for the owner, the administrator and the accountant.

Can I cancel a payment recorded by mistake?
Yes, by voiding it; the record keeps a trace.
Are registration fees refundable?
No, registration fees are not refunded.
