The word “إيقاف” (stop) from a parent stops messages to their number, and your team can stop them too. A conversation is deleted in one tap, or automatically 12 months after its last message.
Frequently asked questions
Do the chats need WhatsApp Business?
Yes. They work once your center’s WhatsApp Business number is connected and conversations are turned on in its settings.
Can teachers see the chats?
No. By default they show to the center’s owner, its administrator and the secretary, and never to a teacher, whatever their permissions.
Is there an extra fee?
No, the chats are included in the plan. Meta charges your center for template messages at its own prices.
