Connecting your learning platform
If your center has a learning site on tadreb.live, a student is enrolled in the month’s course automatically once that month is paid, and removed (or suspended after 7 days) if the month stops being paid, for example when the payment is voided or the month is refunded.
1. Enter your platform keys
“LMS” → “LMS settings”:
- The public key and the secret key from your developer account on the platform. The secret key is stored encrypted and never shown again.
- Press “Test connection”, then pick your “LMS site”.
- Choose the environment: test first, then production for real enrollments (you are asked to confirm).
- “Sync from month”: earlier months are never sent to the platform.
2. Map courses to grades
“Courses by grade”: a grid of grades and months. Press any cell and pick the month’s course (and its platform group if there is one), or “No course”. You can also set a course per subject for a grade.
3. The student’s platform account
The system looks for the student’s account by their mobile number, then the guardian’s. If it finds none, or more than one, enter the platform account number on the student’s page → “LMS”.
4. Follow the enrollments
“LMS subscriptions” shows every student’s status: subscribed, syncing, or needing attention (such as no course mapped or no platform account), with retry, search on the platform and skip.
