Absence and dues messages
The “WhatsApp reminders” page lists each day’s absences and the students who owe money, each with a formal message ready. Every tap opens one parent’s chat, and “Send the next one” walks through the rest.
Text you edit yourself
Six templates: absence, dues, session marks to the parent and to the student, and exam results to the parent and to the student, with fields such as the student’s name, the group and the amount.
A log of every message
Every message sent is logged with who sent it and when, and “Send the next one” skips anyone already messaged, so no reminder goes twice by mistake.
Live notifications
The bell shows every payment and group event as it happens, an absence summary after each session and a daily overdue summary, with optional desktop alerts, plus announcements the center sends to its team.
Frequently asked questions
Are messages sent automatically?
No. They go from the staff member’s WhatsApp, one tap per message, so the center’s own number is the sender.
Do teachers send dues reminders?
No. Teachers send absence and marks messages for their own groups only.
