A message after every session: winning parents’ trust
In the end, a parent asks one question: is my child making progress? Centers that answer it before it is asked earn the parent’s trust and keep their students. ECMS Pro makes that answer part of the session itself, not extra work at the end of the day.
Absences on the day
When the session register is saved, a ready message appears next to every absent student: a formal note of the absence with the session, day and time. One tap opens a WhatsApp chat with the parent, message written. News of an absence on the day prevents a surprise at the end of the month.
Marks after every session
Recitation and homework marks go on the register itself, next to attendance. After saving, a marks message for the parent appears, and one for the student if they have their own mobile number, with the familiar Egyptian ratings: excellent, very good, good, pass and weak. “Send the next one” walks through everyone, one tap per message.
Exams when you decide
An exam is created once for all of the teacher’s groups of the same subject and grade, and scores go on its sheet. Nobody sees a result until you press “Publish results”. Then the result message goes out: the score out of the maximum, the percentage and the rating.
A results link that stays with the student
Marks and results messages carry the student’s private results link: a page that opens on a phone without signing in and shows, for each subject, attendance, recitation, homework and published exams. No other student and no amount ever appears on it. To stop a link, create a new one and the old one stops at once.
Five tips for messages parents read
- Send on the same day. The session’s message after the session, not at the end of the week.
- Keep it short. ECMS Pro’s default text is formal and short; edit it if you like, but keep it readable at a glance.
- Use one number for the center. Parents recognize the center’s number and open its messages.
- Make teachers partners. Teachers send absence and marks messages for their own groups, without seeing any amounts.
- Don’t repeat yourself. Every message sent is logged with who sent it, so the same message never goes out twice by mistake.
Start with your next session
Check that recitation and homework are on under “Center settings” → “Marks” (they are by default), check the message texts under “WhatsApp messages”, then take your next session’s attendance as usual. The messages will be ready once you save.
