Build and publish your center’s website

The center website is a public site for your center’s visitors and parents that you build and edit yourself in the system: courses and their schedules, teachers, contact details, and a form whose requests reach you as inquiries. It runs on your center’s address, such as alnour.ecms.tadreb.live, or on your own domain, in Arabic and English.

Who edits the website: “Website” opens with the “Edit the website” and “Publish the website” permissions. Teachers do not edit the website.

1. Create the starter site

  1. Open “Administration” → “Website”.
  2. Press “Create a starter site” and pick the design to start with.
  3. The system drafts the site’s pages from the center’s data: name, logo, address, phones, groups and teachers. The pages are saved as drafts and stay hidden from visitors until you publish them.

2. Choose the design

Under “Design”, pick one of the four designs — “Signal”, “Academic”, “Fresh” or “Minimal” — then adjust the “Primary color”, “Accent color”, “Corners” and “Font” to suit your center, and press “Save design”.

  • The system checks that text stays clear and readable on the colors you pick, and does not save colors that would make some text hard to read.
  • These colors apply to the center’s website only, not to the app.

3. Edit the pages

Under “Pages”, open any page: Home, Courses, Teachers, Schedule, About, Contact, Register, Gallery, Results and News. You can add more pages with “New page”.

  • Pick a section in the list or in the preview to edit it. Changes save automatically.
  • “Preview on a phone” shows the page as it looks on a phone.
  • Press “Publish” to publish the page. While a page has “Unpublished changes”, visitors do not see them.
  • Students’ photos and names: in the gallery, student achievements and testimonials sections, a student’s photo or name is never published before you confirm “The guardian agreed to publishing this”.

4. Choose the teachers and the courses

  • “Teachers”: choose which teachers appear on the site, and write each one’s “Short title”, “About the teacher” and “Qualifications”. A teacher’s photo shows only once “The teacher agreed to publish their photo” is confirmed, and a mobile number is never shown.
  • “Courses”: choose which groups visitors see. A group’s schedule, teacher and grade show; never the room, the students’ names or any numbers. You can show or hide the fee per group, and show the seat status: “Places available”, “Limited places” or “Full”.

The published groups’ data on the site updates automatically when it changes in the system.

5. Complete the settings

Under “Settings”:

  • Contact details: the address, phone numbers, WhatsApp number, email, map link and opening hours. The map loads only when clicked.
  • “English version”: pages complete in English appear under /en.
  • “Show fees”, “Show the seat status” and “Publish active groups automatically”.
  • The “Staff sign-in” button in the header, and the “Parent portal” link when the portal is enabled.
  • Social media pages, each page’s description for search engines, and the footer text.

6. Turn the website on and publish it

  1. Publish the home page under “Pages” first.
  2. Under “Overview”, press “Turn the website on”, then “Turn on” to confirm.
  3. Press “Publish the site”. This publishes the design and settings with the published pages.

Once published, the center’s main address opens its website for visitors, and staff sign in to the app at /admin, such as alnour.ecms.tadreb.live/admin. The reception screen, self check-in and receipts keep their addresses. If you publish a change and want to go back, press “Undo the last publish”.

7. Follow the inquiries

Everything visitors send from the site’s form reaches “Students” → “Inquiries”, and the menu shows how many are new. Each request has its kind (“Inquiry” or “Registration request”) and its status: “New”, “Contacted”, “Enrolled”, “Closed” or “Spam”.

  • Contact the sender on WhatsApp from the request itself.
  • “Register a new student with these details” opens the student form with the request’s details; the student is registered only when it is saved.

Your own domain

To connect a domain such as example.com: add it under “Center settings” → “Domain”, create the two DNS records shown to you, then press “Verify”. Once verified, press “Make it the website’s main domain” in the same section: search engines then use it as the address of the center’s website. Your original center address keeps working.

Turning the website off

Under “Overview”, press “Turn off”: the main address goes back to the center’s app and the website stops showing to visitors. The pages and the design stay saved.
