ECMS Pro is now open to every education center in Egypt
An education center’s day starts before the first session and ends after the last: students coming and going every hour, attendance registers, monthly fees and parents waiting for news of their children. For years many centers have run all of this with notebooks, Excel files and phone calls.
Today we are opening ECMS Pro to every education center in Egypt. Ask for an account for your center from the “Start your free trial” page and try every feature for 14 days, with no payment details.
What does ECMS Pro do?
Attendance in seconds. A register for every session with four statuses: present, late, excused and absent. Mark students with a tap, with the number keys or with a card scan. At the door, students scan their own card on the self check-in device and are checked in to their session.
The reception screen. Staff scan a student’s card to see their sessions and dues, collect on a large keypad and print a numbered thermal receipt with a QR code parents can open on their phones. At closing, they print today’s summary.
Clear money. Monthly, per-session, full-course or installment plans. Months are added automatically, every student’s credit and overdue amounts are tracked, and refunds get their own voucher. Teachers never see any amounts.
Parents as partners. Recitation and homework marks on the register, exams with published results and a private results link for every student. After every session, a formal message to the parent is one tap away on WhatsApp.
Your data stays yours. Every center has its own address and its own database, daily backups and export of any list at any time.
Designed in Arabic first
Every ECMS Pro screen was designed right to left, in formal Arabic with the terms Egyptians use. Numbers always read left to right, so phone numbers and amounts display correctly even with Arabic-Indic digits. English is there for those who prefer it.
Built with the centers that use it
ECMS Pro already runs in education centers in Egypt, and most of what is in it came from their requests: the reception screen, self check-in, marks and their messages, refunds. The centers that started with us keep their free plan as our thanks.
What comes next
We are working on two things centers ask for most:
- Center websites: a public site you edit yourself, with group schedules and a sign-up form that reaches you as a new inquiry.
- A student and parent portal: sign in with a mobile number to follow attendance, marks and results in one place.
