The Learning plan: online courses, quizzes and protected video for your students
ECMS Pro now has two plans: the Basic plan, which runs your center from attendance to the parent’s message, and the Learning plan, which adds “Learning”: online courses, lessons and quizzes your students study in the center’s portal on a phone or a computer.
What the Learning plan adds
- Courses and lessons: text lessons with math, physics and chemistry formulas, PDF files, and video lessons from YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, Facebook and other platforms.
- Auto-graded online quizzes: from a question bank; a quiz is graded automatically, except essays, which the teacher grades.
- Protected video lessons: you upload a lesson video yourself, and your students watch it in the center’s portal, with encrypted videos that do not play outside the student’s account, one device at a time and a limit on devices, and a moving watermark that reveals who leaked the video.
- Students sign in themselves: with their own mobile number or their code and PIN, and guardians follow their children’s progress and results.
- 5 GB for learning files, with extra storage when you need it.
Prices
Prices include 14% VAT, and each plan has a flat price per center, whatever its size:
- The Basic plan: EGP 1,140 a month or EGP 11,400 a year.
- The Learning plan: EGP 1,640 a month or EGP 16,400 a year.
- Extra learning storage 5 GB: EGP 150 a month or EGP 1,500 a year per pack, added to the Learning plan and renewed with the center’s subscription.
The details are on the pricing page.
The free trial runs on the Learning plan
Every new center’s free trial runs on the Learning plan, with everything in it, for 14 days, with no payment details. When you subscribe, you choose the Basic or the Learning plan, monthly or yearly.
Upgrading from the Basic plan
If your center is on the Basic plan, the center owner moves to the Learning plan on the “Center subscription” page on any day of the paid period, and pays the price difference for the days left in it only; the new plan works as soon as it is paid. If the next renewal is already paid, the upgrade becomes available from the first day of the new period.
